Courier delivery
Delivery of orders is carried out throughout the territory of the Russian Federation. As a rule, delivery of goods in our online store is carried out by courier delivery service. Price, composition and weight of the order do not matter! Your order will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by you in person, for this it is important to indicate the exact delivery address and contact phone number. Delivery speed depends on the remoteness of your region and the work of the postal service.
Delivery time on weekdays from 9-00 to 18-00 hours. For your convenience, the exact time will be agreed with you by phone. The online store is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the order associated with the work of the courier service.
Depending on the region, the delivery time is 1 to 3 days.

We provide one more alternative delivery method especially for you. This is NOT a courier service and NOT mail, this is delivery through QIWI post. Checkpoints are installed in shopping centers, large retail chains and supermarkets.

Delivery by Russian Post
Delivery by Russian Post (payment is made by cash on delivery at the post office upon receipt of the parcel). After completing the goods, the order is sent within 2-3 days by registered parcel post or parcel with notification. Within 1-4 weeks the parcel will arrive at your post office. Upon receipt of the notification that the order has been received, you can come to the post office and receive the order. The cost of delivery by cash on delivery depends on the region of delivery, the mass of the goods you ordered and the total cost of the order. Exchange and return of goods
Exchange and return of goods is free of charge. To do this, you need to write an application for a refund, it will be considered within 10 days. If the product is not guaranteed, the application period is 14 days from the date of receipt. In this case, all postage costs are borne by the buyer. Also, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, a prerequisite for the exchange or return of goods is the preservation of the presentation (no traces of exploitation) of the goods and the preservation of factory labels and tags. The consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of good quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it (Article 26.1 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights).
